Since the Vilbrew tea is a deeply sweet tea, I wanted this tea to somewhat be the opposite, being more accentuated by zesty citrus but still be cool, calm, and collected with the spearmint notes... Much like how Alfred is cool-headed until he sees Annalise and loses his mind.
