This is deliciously spicy with hot ginger and savory pepper. Cloves and anise add a little herbal sweetness to balance the flavors. It's great as a powerful black tea brew on its own, and is even better with something sweet like honey or creamer for that hot honey aesthetic.

Really interesting tea, hard a dark caramel-ly tone, with a bit of burnt bitterness if you steep too strongly. I think this best with your favorite creamer as a latte.

A little bit of every herb to cure what ails you. This is my favorite evening tea when I'm not at 100%. The licorice helps soothe a scratchy throat, the ginger helps settle an upset stomach, the mint clears my head and refreshes me. Love a tea with unusual ingredients like fennel too. Not an everyday tea, but great when you need a soothing boost to your senses.

This tea has been a great comfort to me over the winter. It's herbal decaf and with the ginger and turmeric, it has its own warming feeling above and beyond the tea temperature. I love the spicy peppercorns and sweet fennel. It's perfect with a splash of milk to make golden milk or a golden latte.

I’m not always drawn to pu erh teas but this is honestly the best chocolate chai ever be tried from Adagio. There’s something creamy and earthy from the pu erh that’s perfect with the cacao nibs and chocolate chips.

So sleek and easy to use. I love that I can see my tea but still have it protected from UV light and air. Get the bigger jar, they aren’t as big as I imagine but still excellent quality.

Update with new formula 2020: Pumpkin spice got a refreshed recipe this year. It's still good but very different. Instead of squash undertones with caramel, the blend now has more of a sweet anise flavor with cloves and pepper. I don't taste as much cinnamon or cardamom as I'd expect. I'm a fan of teas with anise, but the flavor may not be everyone's cup of tea. While this black jellybean flavor does make me think of black and orange candies for the fall and for halloween, it doesn't really make me think of the traditional 'pumpkin spice' flavor that crops up this time of year. I'm glad this isn't yet another caramel-heavy fall-themed blend, but I almost think it should have a new name like Pumpkin Star (for the star anise) or even Black Jellybean to steer expectations towards its true flavor. Butterscotch has been one of the best new flavors that Adagio released, and hits the spot for that fall/winter caramel cream tea cravings.
ORIGINAL: This tea is very smooth, not too spicy. There's definite vanilla and caramel tones mixed in with just a touch of brown sugar squash flavors. Cinnamon and a touch of some kind of allspice, not quite cloves. This tea has the spices of pumpkin bread, not necessarily chai flavors like ginger. A nice seasonal mix, gently sweet and starchy, a good match for fall!

Smooth, earthy basil beside buttery white tea and sweet strawberry. I can’t see myself reaching for this flavor combination often but I love the idea of teas with more savory herbs and this one was pretty good. Worth a try if you’re skeptical.

This tea smells oddly chocolately to me, but it might just be a scent association between raspberries and black tea that makes me think of dark chocolate. Brewed, this tea has more of the buttery/tart green oolong flavors come forward and a touch more of the blackberry juiciness. I'm not picking up much sage in the smell or taste, as the blackberry and raspberry are the driving flavors. I really like the choice to have a more dark berry oolong tea alongside the more classic coconut or stone fruit flavors. I wish there was a bit more sage herbal in the mix and a little less berry, since the name is blackberry sage, not just blackberry. Still a very tasty blend.

This tea is a wonderful, unique experience. With the puffed rice, and savory flavor, this is popcorn in tea form. The gentle green tea adds a touch of grassy vegetation to all the toasted rice cake flavor. This is almost like a savory broth instead your typical tea, but it's a blend that's really grown on me. It's great for those nights when you want something warming from the inside out. Or if you want a tea that tastes like popcorn.

I love this gift option. The mugs come in lovely colors, the tea tins are adorable on their own, but there is such a great variety in flavor and design that you can really curate your gift. Much loved by a tea-drinker this past holiday.

I'm really enjoying this blend. It feels a little sad that it only comes around every 4 years, maybe Adagio can fudge it a little sell it on 2/28 every year? This is a well balanced black tea with the perfect mix of bright tartness that I associate with a ceylon, and a chocolately fuzziness that I associate with assam. I'm not sure what the white buds are able to do among all of that black tea boldness, but they look great and must add a little something magic. If you can't get this brew between now and 2024, try Scottish Breakfast in the meantime.

This tastes like honey nut cheerios or the banana nut cheerios that sometimes hit the shelves. This is all cinnamon and the nutty honeybush with a splash of creamy banana. If you don't like ginger or cloves but you want something warming and with a little bit of spice, this will be your favorite new decaf tea. Also great if you want dessert without the calories.

There are a ton of great uses for the Adagio clip spoon, it is wonderful to have a scoop right at hand after opening a bag of tea. I love the affordable price and the cute Adagio label on the handle. The edge of the spoon scoop is a bit sharp/unfinished feeling, so if they improve the design in the future, I'd recommend softening that edge slightly. The irony to this is that Adagio already provides great tins or resealable bags so you aren't always folding and clipping your Adagio teas. This spoon is perfect for those cases when the zip bag doesn't zip properly and you need something extra to help hold it closed.

There's a reason this is a top selling tea on Adagio, and that is because it is delicious. Richly fragrant with jasmine and a slight nuttiness from the tea. Aromatherapy and tea all in one.

I love this blend. It is sweet and just a little tart. The lemongrass brings its oddly vanilla sweet flavor to the mix, and the dried fruit and lavender take it to the next level. This smells and tastes a bit like fruity pebbles or fruity cereal. If you like the Bella Luna Blue tea, you will probably like this one as well. Lavender Lemon is slightly brighter than the almost blueberry flavor of the bella luna blue blend. I would love to see this be even more lemony with dried lemon rinds instead of just apple pieces, but it is still a delightful decaf treat.

This is a convenient way to get your matcha. The self-serve packets help keep the rest of the batch fresher for longer. The matcha itself was a little too grassy for my tastes, but might be better in a latte, in a smoothie, or in baked goods.

This jar is visually appealing, and a fancier way to store my tea instead of in my usual lock-top tins. The glass is clean and shows of my tea leaves, and the brushed metal lid fits the part in any modern kitchen. For the jar I received, the seal was decent, and I felt that my tea was protected from aging. This jar is just a little larger than the lock-top tins Adagio offers. For some reason, I imagined it being bigger, must maybe it's just my perception of the photo. Would order again when I have more room in my tea cabinet.

I apologize to anyone who missed out on this tea until 2020, but this is a delicious and beautiful tea. Obviously, the big draw are the pea berry blossoms that turn the tea a vibrant blue on their own, and transition to a warm purple when lemon juice is added. These colors are every bit as intense and changeable as advertised. The taste of this tea is so naturally sweet and delicious. It is berry-like, mainly blueberry, but when coupled with the vanilla-lemon of the lemongrass, the berry flavors feel almost like crunch berry cereal or fruity pebbles. Amazingly sweet without added sugar, and vibrant and flavorful hot or iced. I recommend it for the novelty or the taste, or both!

My favorite breakfast blend, next to Brigadoon breakfast. This is the perfect balance of tart, malty, cozy, not too rich and chocolatey, and not too biting and sour. This is perfectly balanced and this is what I think of when I imagine breakfast black tea. If it isn't a leap year, I'll be ordering this as my wake up tea.

I got this herbal for those days when you're come sick and need some strong, menthol cooling on your throat and chest. This tea is a bit too much on its own for daily drinking, but it's good in a blend or when you just need a blast of ice on a sore throat.

Got these mainly for show for friends or photos where sugar is needed. They look as fancy and special as the picture illustrates. A nice addition if you need a stylish way to sweeten your tea.
