	The taste of these cookies were alright- pretty good as an evening snack all things considered. I wish there was a bit more fruit, though. I know the taste is supposed to be mellow, but sometimes you can eat several cookies in a row without any fruit inside, and another packed full of them.

	There isn't too much to say here with this blend. It certainly isn't bad by any means, but the taste is a bit too soft to really notice. I could see it being great for sick days, though- and the scent is pretty good, even better upon brewing.

	It's a little more bitter than I found I could tolerate when left steeping for the suggested time. Taking it out early would probably be good to note, if you want something with a little less edge on it. Otherwise, I can't quite complain. There's a good bit of spice to it that helps differentiate it from standard black tea, but aside from that, most of the difference comes from the smell, and not as much the taste
