When I first tried this tea, I didn't care for it. So, I tried to wake it up with some mango. The mango brings out the other notes lurking in the tea, and I also used less tea in the infuser. This is my new happy tea!

In my quest to make a perfect 'Bubble Tea' I used this as a base, and I am totally sold on this tea. I brewed it at least 5 minutes then let it cool off while I prepped the boba in caramel syrup. Pour it over ice, add almond milk or cream, and let your taste-buds dance with joy!

I wanted to try the green teas, and I hoped to use the pitcher to cold brew them. I don't have an easy way to keep the water from being too hot with the kettle I have. although my garden loves it, I hate to throw away tea. But, the pitcher I took out of the box looked dirty or used. There were brownish spots near the bottom of the pitcher. I took pictures and tried to wash them away to no avail. It was the first time I'd ever been disappointed with Adagio.
Nevertheless, I made the Apricot Green and Citron Green in quart mason jars overnight in the refrigerator. The Citron was like the bitter white part of a lemon, but the Apricot turned out much better. I haven't tried the Mango yet...

This tea has a beautiful color and a rich flavor that makes me feel like a '49er (prospector) who just found a massive gold nugget!

I wasn't sure what lavender would do to the taste of the tea, but it smoothed out the edges nicely.

I like this tea quite a bit, but it needs more apples. I think they get lost in all the other spices, although they do show up more in a second infusion.

There was more tea in this gift pack than I expected, but the 'sweet nothings' was not sealed and not full of tea like the other cans, which are super cute.
I really liked the taste of 'sweet nothings' and 'hugs and kisses' though. Hot or cold they are great! But,
I definitely do NOT like the 'ripe for romance' blend. it needs more raspberry or something to counter the taste of bitter chocolate.

Love at first whiff! This tea is great on its own or blended with chocolate chai. It tastes so much better than plain rooibos that I am using it to slowly get rid of some organic rooibos that I had picked up from a friend.

Since my visit to an Asian market, I have been hunting for quality pu-erh tea. This one didn't measure up. too many tastes were vying for attention and ruining the mellow satisfaction of the tea. It would be better without the hazelnut or the berries.

I visited an Asian market last Fall and tried their pu-erh tea, and it was amazingly wonderful. I sampled this tea, and it's close but not the same. The chocolate and orange blend very nicely, and the chocolate gets stronger in subsequent infusions. I added some dried orange peel to keep the taste balanced. This is a great tea because I get the satisfaction of eating a 'chocolate orange' without the guilt.
