I they were out of batteries when I got my pitcher and I just received the battery today. It was hard inserting into the lid. I pushed it down till it snapped. Was that what I should have done? It had no instructions so I just held down the button and

How do I get the lid to snap back on. I just took it out the package last night to wash it and get the filter right. Did the 2 cycles and put water in to use, went to put the lid on and it won’t snap on the sides......HELP! Thanks

Hi! I'm also having issues with replacing the lid. It simply won't go back on! I even made sure to insert the little part that goes into the notch of the handle first, then tried to seat the rest of lid down. But no luck :(

I can not tell in the picture. But on the lid in the back the little rectangle area is it suppose to be open or does it have a closure? I Looked through everything and could not find anything. But it looks like there should be something there.
