We offer three versions of our
Tea of the Month club: Popular, Decaf/Herbal, and Gourmet. Receive 5 sample sizes each month to enjoy!
All are available as an auto-renewing monthly option, or you may sign up for a 6 or 12 month subscription.
The 6 and 12 month clubs do not auto-renew, so after the selected period is over, you will need to purchase once more, but we invite you to consider the monthly option which does auto-renew (cancel anytime).
Update Billing or Shipping
Any changes to clubs may be done in
My Account.
In My Account > Tea of the Month Club - look for the gray drop-down menus next to "Shipping" or "Billing". Once you've selected all the necessary changes, click the green "UPDATE" button.
Keep in mind, you may need to enter a new shipping address or billing information in their respective parts of the account page first.
Change Club Variety
To change your club variety please cancel your club first, then purchase the desired version.
It's easy to gift a Tea Club! Simply enter your recipient's information at as the shipping address at checkout!
If you don't already have an account with us, once your purchase goes through, your account is created. You may need to change your information under the different features in
My Account. Look for the 'Tea of the Month Club' section of your account to check the information is accurate, or update anytime!
Any changes to clubs may be done in
My Account.
Please go to My Account > Tea of the Month Club. Under the Shipping, Billing, and Variety choices, there is a orange link to "cancel monthly subscription". Cancel anytime.
We're sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your 6 or 12 month subscription! However, we'll be happy to help you.
Canceling the subscription early will invalidate the subscription discount and will default each box to full price, or the monthly cost. The remaining balance of the rest of the original purchase will be transferred to store credit.

Teabag Club Option
Unfortunately, the Tea of the Month Club is only offered in loose leaf portions. We do not currently offer a teabag option.
Custom Club Option
Apologies - the Tea of the Month Club runs on a set calendar and products. We cannot make special exceptions or create custom schedules, substitute teas, or change the size.
