We have many ways of rewarding your loyalty. You'll automatically earn Frequent Cups points for every dollar spent.
You also earn 6 points by completing
product reviews, promoting the sale of
customized blends, or
recommending us to your friends (if they use the promo, you'll get 10 points).
You can also post about what you're currently drinking to social media and earn 2 points. Scroll down past customer reviews on our product pages to look for a chance to share!
Once your point total reaches 100, you'll have a chance to apply them for instant cash savings on your order. It's that easy!
Redeem Exclusive Items on the Rewards Page
With our
Rewards Page (on Adagio Teas only), you can exchange your Loyalty Points for free items, which aren't available normally. This includes special seasonal teas, exclusive teas, and even sneak previews at new teas, and even free shipping! These items are added as free additions to your cart.
Redeem Points for Cash Savings
Once you have over 100 Points, you may easily exchange these for instant cash savings on your order. You'll do this in the last step of checkout.
Look for the 'Certificates' field on the Order Summary page. Choose how many of your points (100 or more) you would like to redeem from the drop-down menu. Click "apply" and ta-da! See your savings instantly before you place your order.
Should you change your mind and wish not to use them, please select "remove" next to the points applied.
Expiration
Points never expire!
Once the checkout process is complete, we unfortunately can not apply points retroactively.

Have friends who may enjoy our teas? We invite you to mail all a
complimentary $5 gift certificate. Once your friends utilize the certificate, we'll reward you by adding 10 points to your Frequent Cups total, bringing you closer to earning $10 or more off a future order as well.
Given their free nature, our $5 certificates come with two caveats. One is that they work only for new customers. The other is a limit of one certificate per household or address. Our system may reject a certificate if the sender and recipient's addresses are too similar.
We love when our customers share their love of tea on social media, and we're happy to reward you with points for doing so. Simply visit the bottom of any product page and visit the 'Have A Cup on Us' section. You can share that you're enjoying the product to Twitter or Facebook, and earn points for doing so!
This action can be taken once per day, but be careful! The ability to earn points is directly related to your Adagio spending. If you ever see this option disappear, you'll be presented with a message that lets you know how many dollars you still need to spend to start earning more points.
Order a few samples, try a few teas, share them on social media, rinse, and repeat.
